This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Booking Fee Refunds

In line with our Wedding & Event Standard Terms & Conditions, wedding booking fees are non-refundable after a seven day period.

Refund Of Goods

Our goods are made to order and as such we cannot give refunds for items that have been purchased incorrectly.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will refund or replace the item.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, we will replace the item.
