| Every event is different and the amount of preparation
depends on the scale of the event.

When you contact

Obtaining
permission to film from the location and the participants
|
Which
part of the event is important to you |
How
the work will be paid for (there
are options!) |
How
many cameras |
and
technical issues such as quality, delivery format etc. |
Preparation
It is important that we see the location to assess the lighting
and to agree camera placements. Particular attention will
be given to health and safety issues such as trailing cables
(if any) and emergency escape routes etc.
We prefer to attend any dress rehearsal and a copy of the
running order is helpful. This is also a good time to confirm
what can and cannot be filmed and times of access etc.
On The Day
We will work politely, professionally and as unobtrusively
as we can - it is not always possible to be totally discreet
when you are trying to get the best shots for the client.
If you want a different approach then you must ask.
After The Event
The editing of the video can take several days so we would
hope to have the completed video ready as soon as possible.
Much will depend on the length of the event, the expected
length of the finished production and the number of cameras
involved.
Delivery Media
All event videos will be produced using our best quality
equipment and will normally be delivered on DVD.
